From there we prepare solid legal documents to direct your financial and medical affairs, and to name the best person to assist you when necessary.
Elder Law
Aging presents unique emotional, medical and legal issues for each of us, individually and for our families. Erik Erikson identified the eight stages of psychosocial development in their book The Life Cycle Completed; his wife Joan Erikson added the ninth stage to identify the challenges and wisdom of aging and facing death as our last psychosocial challenge to living a full life. Elder law focuses on supporting individuals and families as you navigate the legal, medical, and emotional realities of aging. Whether you are planning for yourself or assisting a parent, spouse, or sibling, this stage of life often brings complex decisions shaped by physical and cognitive changes and evolving care needs. Probate
